中心主任

Hua-Feng Zhang is the director of International Joint Research Center of Shaanxi Province for Food and Health Sciences, Shaanxi Normal University. He received his Ph.D. from Chinese Academy of Sciences, a leading academic institution and comprehensive research and development (R & D) center in natural science, technological science and high-tech innovation in China. He is also an investigator of National Engineering Laboratory for Resources Development of Endangered Crude Drugs in Northwest China, Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education for Medicinal Resources and Natural Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and Research Center of Fruit and Vegetable Deep-processing Technology in Shaanxi Province. His research focuses on R & D of edible medicinal plants (e.g., Epimedium), nutrition and food safety. He has published more than 100 articles in journals such as Trends in Food Science and Technology (U.K.), Industrial Crops and Products (U.K.), Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies (U.K.), Ultrasonics Sonochemistry (Netherland) and Journal of AOAC International (U.S.A.). In 2012, he published viewpoint of sustainable utilization of medicinal plants resources in China in the world-famous journal, Nature (U.K.). He is the member of Chinese Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Chinese Nutrition Society, and Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology. And he is a reviewer for several international journals (e.g., Curr. Med. Chem., Asia-Pac. J. Chem. Eng. and J. Food Biochem.) and research funding agencies (e.g., National Natural Science Foundation of China). His professional honors and awards include (1) Prize for Excellence in Science and Technology Week in China; (2) Chu Yuet Wah Award in Chinese Academy of Sciences; and (3) Education Award in Shaanxi Normal University.        张华峰,中国科学院博士,陕西省国际科技合作基地(食品与健康科学国际联合研究中心)主任,陕西省汉中市西乡县副县长(挂职),陕西师范大学硕士生导师、青年教师工作委员会委员(第六届),教育部药用资源与天然药物化学重点实验室、西北濒危药材资源开发国家工程实验室学术带头人,陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院学术委员会委员,陕西师范大学食品工程与营养科学学院本科教学督导组成员,全国科技活动周先进个人,陕西省三区科技人才。兼任美国《Journal of Food Biochemistry》等国际SCI期刊审稿人,国家自然科学基金项目评审专家,教育部霍英东青年教师基金及青年教师奖评审专家。2001年参加工作(高校教师),2008年以引进人才形式进入陕西师范大学工作。2012年,以第一作者身份在世界顶尖学术期刊——英国《Nature》杂志发表通讯(Correspondence),标题为《Asian medicine: protect rare plants》(SCI收录,入藏号:WOS: 000299726000023),对我国药用植物资源保育与开发利用问题进行了简短评述。迄今在《Trends in Food Science & Technology》(SCI一区,IF=5.531)、《Industrial Crops and Products》(SCI一区,IF=3.208)、《Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies》(SCI二区,IF=2.174)等国内外学术期刊发表文章100余篇;主编著作1部;申报、参与申报国家专利5项(4项已被授权);主持制定省部级标准1项。研究生招生专业包括食品科学、中药学等(欢迎食品、医药、农林、生物、化工等相关专业有志学生报考)。
